Eligible Returns

1. Un-used NON-SERIALIZED for REFUND (customer pays a 15% restocking fee).
2. Un-used NON-SERIALIZED for EXCHANGE of different Item SKU (Customer pays a 15% restocking fee + shipping cost of new item).
3. Un-used NON-SERIALIZED and used for REPAIR/REPLACEMENT warranty covered defect.

Shipping & Fee’s

• Nightfall Woods LLC pays shipping back to AR-15 Overstock for RMA Repair or Replacement.
• Nightfall Woods LLC pays shipping back to Customer for defective item.
• Customer pays shipping back to Nightfall Woods LLC for non-defective Exchange or Refund.
• Customer pays shipping back to customer for non-defective item return (otherwise 15% restocking fee).

After 30 Days* (Repair/Replace Only)

• Customer pays shipping back to Nightfall Woods LLC.
• Customer pays shipping back to Customer for item.

* The 30 day period starts when the new order item leaves the Nightfall Woods LLC fulfillment center – the initial shipment date.

Nightfall Woods LLC always chooses the most affordable and reliable shipping option for your order. Sometimes that is UPS, sometimes it’s FedEx. We NEVER use USPS.

PO Boxes

We do not ship to PO boxes.

Nightfall Woods LLC will not ship items to State and local jurisdictions which are restricted under local or State laws.
